Job overview and responsibilities

The Analyst, Digital Personalization will provide support for the Digital Personalization & Content team, whose mission is to expand United's personalization capabilities in order to drive a simplified, intuitive and personalized customer journey across digital channels. Working as part of a team focused on expanding United's personalization capabilities, the Analyst will support the personalization product owner in overall product roadmap planning and strategy; work closely with cross-functional teams to execute various stages of a project; write detailed business requirements and user stories for our technical teams; and will provide ongoing analytics support. This individual will be customer-centric and innovative with a passion for all things digital, and will act as an advocate for personalized experiences across the United digital experience.

  • Supports the entire digital product development process, including writing detailed business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Participates in agile rituals

  • Analyzes data to ensure product features are aligned with objectives

  • Works with user experience (UX) to ensure prototypes ensure story intent, and works with development (IT) and testing (QA) teams to understand the boundaries of a story

  • Contributes to the overall definition of strategy and scope, including working with business stakeholders to understand the goals

  • Identifies and shares opportunities for improvement across product and process

  • Assists team leader(s) with development of presentations, reporting and data visualizations

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders ((Digital Products and Analytics, UX, Technology, Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, Brand, Loyalty, Social, Sales, and more) and external vendors to launch personalized programs and partnerships

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2-4+ years of relevant experience

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
