Job overview and responsibilities
IT PMO and Project Governance drives consistent IT processes for project intake and delivery, validate controls and compliance. This role analyzes project data to ensure key activities (e.g., resource management, budgets, risks schedules, change control, etc.) are appropriately captured, reported controlled and improved. The successful candidate must be a team player and have a strong understanding of resource, financial, demand, project management processes, can assist in supporting our enterprise end user device refresh program. This individual will work with Infrastructure, Operations Technology, Commercial, Procurement and Financial stakeholders.
• Extracts data from a variety of sources for use in analysis and reporting
• Completes ad-hoc reporting and data analysis using querying and data visualization tools
• Gathering of data, executing complex analyses, and being able to explain and display them in simple terms for broad understanding
• Create, design, and implement analytical models, data tracking, dashboard processes, that support PMO initiatives using tools, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data as it relates to the Enterprise End User Refresh Program.
Qualifications - External
Required
Bachelor's degree in related industry or quantitative field
3-5 years as a program or project manager with experience working with multiple projects including large program level budgets and demonstrated ability to track actual to expected results along with a forecast of future spend
Must be a team focused individual, who works well in a collaborative setting, supporting work team by volunteering for and completing assignments, acting as a positive team member by developing and maintaining both formal and informal relationships

Project management and SDLC methodologies, facilitates rollout adoption and execution of repeatable predictable, efficient processes that improve productivity and quality
Proven proficiency with, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite and CA Clarity PPM.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
