Job overview and responsibilities

Drive engagement of company-sponsored and targeted mental wellness strategies through programs and events. Ensure programming is consistent with established mental wellness goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners on mental wellness initiatives and events.

  • Develop and execute mental wellness strategy, project plan and engagement strategy

  • Act as the subject matter expert on health & wellness engagement and deliverables. Utilize data and trends to support recommendations for new wellness initiatives and develop customized best practices

  • Manage mental wellness vendor operations and delivery of programs

  • Responsible for wellness vendor operations and collaboration of work with design team

  • Develop engagement success criteria with proven outcomes

  • Lead support for mental wellness campaigns and events across the company

  • Create and manage a company-wide network of wellness champions, including a supporting leadership hierarchy

  • Lead support for marketing and communication campaigns for wellness engagement and events

  • Partner with operations and design team on ongoing and new medical and wellness strategy initiatives

  • Support RFP work and implementations for appropriate plans, including special projects as assigned

  • Create and manage monthly metrics and reporting for leadership on program engagement and proactively lead the charge for opportunities to improved

  • Build strong partnerships both internal and external in support of mental wellness engagement and operations

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of established programs in support of mental wellness strategy

  • Build strong partnerships both internal and external in support of wellness engagement and operations

  • Drive positive customer experience, identify gaps and execute exceptional delivery of programs

  • Lead trouble shooting to closure across all appropriate vendor issues

Required

  • 5 or more years relevant benefit and vendor operations experience

  • Experience developing a wellness strategy across a diverse workforce

  • Bachelor's degree

    • 5 years proven experience in health and wellness programs, engagement and delivery
  • Experience in mental health program development and promotion or health-related program planning and delivery

  • Industry knowledge and direct responsibility implementing wellness programs with proven innovative solutions

  • Outstanding communication skillsproven ability to engage others

  • Project management and planning skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to build strong ties across cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for corporate wellness program

  • Ability to analyze and interpret and take action on program reports and metrics

  • Ability to lead and implement complex plan design and program changes

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
